The serial number is an 8-digit number and does not have any letters or symbols. (Example: 11364451)
You will only receive a serial number if you have purchased Marziplanner.
If you are using the free trial, you will not have a serial number.
If you have purchased and downloaded Marziplanner from the Internet, you will have received your serial number in your confirmation email. If you purchased Marziplanner in CD Rom format, the serial number can be found on the packaging.
The Activation code is in 24 digits, and may be a combination of numbers and letters, appearing in six sets of four. (Example: 340D C22D BE21 B885 3114 0482)
You will only receive an activation code if you have purchased Marziplanner.
If you are using the free trial, you will not have an activation code.
If you have purchased and downloaded Marziplanner from the Internet, you will have received your activation code in your confirmation email. If you purchased Marziplanner in CD Rom format, the Activation Code is indicated in the letter that was sent with the CD Rom.
Step 2 : The Message says the Serial Number is invalid :
- You may have made a typing mistake
- You may have Num Lock on your keyboard on or off ( especially for laptop users )
- You might like to check how many digits
- You might like to check your language / keyboard settings
- Press GO BACK and TRY AGAIN to try inputting and entering your Serial Number again
- Someone else may already be using this serial number. If you are certain that no one else is using it, please contact our Technical Support .
Step 4 : The Messages says the Activation Code is invalid :
- You may have made a typing mistake

- You might like to check your language / keyboard settings
- Press GO BACK and TRY AGAIN to try inputting and entering your Serial Number again
