Marziplanner stores all the information you enter into a database. In the future, there will be backup and restore functionality for this database. For now, follow the simple steps below to keep your data safe.
Uninstalling/Repairing Marziplanner
Uninstalling Marziplanner will delete the database and your data - only uninstall if you do not wish to keep your data any more. If you run the Marziplanner installer after you have already installed Marziplanner, it will ask you if you want to "Uninstall" or "Repair" Marziplanner. Both of these options will permanently delete your data.
Manual backups
You can manually backup your data by taking a copy of the file Marzi.mdb. This file exists in the directory you installed Marziplanner - by default this is: C:\Program Files\Marziplanner\Database. The backup can be copied back to this directory to "restore" the data but note that any changes made since the last backup will be lost.
