Do try this at home.....
Perfect DIY for summer - impress friends with your own cocktails. Try this one called "Yellow Flower" by head barman at the Tea Room, QVB.
Ingred: 40ml Vodka; 15ml Cointreau; 15ml Lychee Luqueur; 30ml Pineapple juice; 1tbsp passionfruit pulp; dash of fresh lime juice; 5ml egg white; 5ml sugar syrup; 1 cumquat flower to garnish. Wet rim of glass with lime juice and coat with dried orange powder frost. Shake ingredients together on ice, strain into martini glass and garnish. |
